Hello,

I found Red Root(Ceanothus) 1 oz., by Herb Pharm for only $6.00 sale priced..reg. $10.00.

I was also happy to find Sarsaparilla, 100 caps, Natures Way on sale for $4.75,

Resveratrol
60 tabs by Source Naturals for $9.79, and Andrographis 60 vcaps, by Natures Way for $5.40.

So far these are the best prices I have found and the shipping was free with an order of $100.or more. Hope this helps.

Sorry if this is inappropriate, but my company manufactures red root tincture. It is nice and potent and very affordable. I have Lyme disease so am very aware of the kind of expenses that we have!

I got my FIRST bottles of Red Root tincture from myvitanet, also. And they do have some decent prices.

However, at the amount you have to take it to be effective, you will run out very fast and it can be expensive in the long run.

SO, I make my own tincture now. I buy the Red Root in bulk, cut and sifted, from Starwest Botanicals. I think 1st Chinese Herbs have them now also. You will need a bottle of Vodka or clear grain alcohol to make the tinture with. Grain alcohol is more expensive, however you dilute it with water, so probably comes out the same as Vodka.

The vodka, I use Straight up. It will have to sit in an enclosed jar for 4 to 6 weeks before it is ready to screen through some cheese cloth into an empty jar. Be sure to squeeze out the plant also to get ALL the benefits from it.

Be sure to shake the jar once a day when making it. Also make sure to shake the jar when you take out of it for your little stopper bottle. AND also shake the stopper bottle each time before using it.

I take a stopper full, three times a day, mixed with my C-Salts, water and juice. I also mix Periwinkle in with it, but you don't have to.

Periwinkle is good for vertigo, memory difficulties and headaches, etc..

You can also buy in bulk, powdered and put in capsules. Buhner recommends about 1500 to 2000mg a day if you take it that way.

Red Root tincture, is NOT common all over. Therefore many stores would not have it. However the bigger AMERICAN wholesale/retail companies should have it. It is considered one of the best for Lymph system cleansing.

Although I have not tried them myself as yet; I went to Earthsong's URL and checked out some of their stuff.

This might be the way to go, at least to start out with, before you can get your own finished product IF you are making your own tinctures. Plus IF you get one of the dropper type bottles, you will have a good bottle for your own product.

I have not compared their price to myvitanet, so you will have to do that. It has been a long time since I got mine from myvitanet, so don't remember what I paid. I got two 1 oz stoppered bottles and still use them for divying out my Red Root.
