Hi!

Please respond to this query by email only, due to the high code of secrecy we need to impart for our resident Lyme doctors against the superbureacracy that keeps ignorance in fashion!

I am looking for Dr. M's phone number in AL. If you think you might know who he is, please email me his contact info, but do not post it here. I need to get him/her to fax my old records with them to my new Lyme doctor by Monday. I can't find his/her number anywhere!
