I have them quite freqently....especially if I miss a dosage of calcium. That is a necessary mineral, as is magnesium for spasms.

I have had them. Some others have said they were

from Bartonella. Taking magnesium has helped. I take

magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate. When I

had it really bad my hand and my foot would curl up.

YO lost city agent,

It's all well and good that you come here for help...and we're willing to give help...

However...try to use the search engine...

Or at least the list of stuff in the newbies links...

A lot of your questions will be answered quicker and this board won't get filled up so fast...

especially if you're gonna ask us about every new symptom that happens to pop up...and we all have plenty of them.....

ESPECIALLY where nerves are concerned....twitches,pains,etc......

Thanks much...............zman

I disagree with you Zman! I know the search function is rather dusty, but we are here to help anyone and everyone.

It's scary to be a newbie....remember??

So, bring it on, LCA!
