Hi all,

Started the Rechts Regulat and now down to end of first bottle. Since starting it I've had heartburn...burping with the burn, also a burning feeling back of throat.

Has any one else had/have this while on the Rechts? I NEVER had heartburn before. Hard to believe but I never had it, (my llmd says I have a garbage gut.) Thought it would eventually go away as I got used to the Recht Regulat, but it seems to be getting worse.

The RR is expensive and I hate to have to waste it but the burn is really bugging me. I sympathize with any you that have heartburn regularly. Wow, I'll take my aches & pains over heartburn.

Any tips to prevent it?
thanks
dmc

D, Some suggestions:

Take less of it. Some take just a teaspoon full, once or twice a day. In fact, a few drops is way better than none.

Put it in a glass of water and sip it slowly.

When I take it right from the bottle, I keep it in my mouth and sort of "chew" it until there is not much left to swallow. The enzymes are then absorbed in the mouth. The benefit is greater.

Have someone energy test you on it. Some people take a break from everything they take.

If you have a "garbage gut" consider doing the
www.drnatura.com. At least take a look at the picture gallery!

Take care.

P.S. I have talked with many people who have been taking RR. I have never heard of heartnburn.

Did you read the total booklet, so you know the effects of it and actually what it is doing?I would highly recommend printing it and keeping it.

This colon clenasing stuff baffles me. Have you ever had a colonoscopy? You take laxatives and expell whatever you may have eatin an you will see for yourself that there is no buildup of anything in the colon. If you do start to see things in the stool after starting a program like that one could only assume that what you see is the direct result of the "cleansing" material, and not something that was there for decades or what not.

Dtiffen02,

If the cleansing material can turn to something that feels like rubber that you can barely cut with a razor blade within 24-48 hours, then you might be right. The cleansing material is very distinguishable from the rest of the output. It is also very distinguishable from the food just recently eaten.

It's probably gluten that has been aging for years, taken on the shape of rick-rack, and I can fully understand why so many people suffer the Leaky Gut syndrome and malabsorption of nutrients. I wonder how many of the supplements we take are not absorbed either.

It's well to have a good look before turning thumbs down. I am very happy with the results and my shrinking belly! I did this type of cleanse shortly before it got the tick bite and I am told by my doctor that this saved me from more misery.

Take care.

But wouldn't you see these things on the scope if they were there?

Dtiffen, maybe they do, maybe they don't. I doubt that they are starting to examine 5-6 meters of colon/small intestine. That is 15 to 18 feet long!

The various sites will give you all the info you need to make a good decision. Literally, death starts in the colon. Most liver problems are caused by a toxic colon.

Take care.
