How does one know if they are having a problem with their spleen? Ive done a search and cant come up with signs and symptoms. Can nausea and such in the stomach be a symptom?

Abdominal CT scan. Doctor can palpate the abdomen as well, but a CT is the definitive test.

Thanks Lymetoo for the links. I just cant find one that tells me symptoms of a badly working spleen. Its just a shot in the dark for me.
