I am getting so confused by the volume of information here.
Is it possible to have Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and Lyme at the same time?

Don't quote me but....
probably not.
However the tick that gives you rocky mountain may have other co/infections that go along with RMSF.
I suggest you do a search with RMSF in the heading.

Thanks zman - that confirms my suspicions. I have googled for it - the closest thing I came across was some study being done in one state that supposedly only had RMSF. They found that there was some sort of cousin to lyme also which has them scratching their heads.
Okay - so I guess what I'm looking for is a co-infection that is keeping my kid sick. Fun.
