i am using the gold foot detox from healthmarvels. first week i did two, second week when i did the first one, next day my feet and legs hurt so bad i could hardly walk.

my legs from feet up to about halfcalf felt sort of numb. after a couple of days it went away.

my pads are solid jet black. i mean black.

i really want to continue using them.

is this normal?

Mine always come off very dark too.

Honestly, I hope they help, but merely changing color to dark leaves me a bit fishy as to their effectiveness.

Still, others swear by them. I just wish I had some more concrete evidence that they do, in fact, work.

You may want to contact the HealthMarvels folks for feedback they have received from their customers. I have not heard of that experience in the past.

I've used the detox pads on and off for about a year and have never had any negative effects from them.

In that time, the pads have come out very black in some areas of my feet and less so in others.

For me, they've really been a valuable part of my healing program.

I have done a couple of rounds of the detox foot pads. I always sleep many times better and my overall health improves while using them.

The improvement in sleep does not last long after I stop using them.

Mine are always pitch black, I have improved with lyme tx for about a year. Still have a long way to go, but, use foot pads from Snyder Alkaline Shoppe. It seems to be helping.

Just wanted to thank the poster who mentioned they always sleep better when they use the detox pads.

Since moving to another state, I have not been getting my sleep and wondering why.

I also have not been able to afford the podi patches.

I am hoping this is why I am lacking in the sleep department. A friend sent me some money so I am going to purchase what I can and give it a try.

Thanks. It is $1.33 with the company I have ordered with in the past with the special.

I placed an order with the company you suggested.

I sure hope I am able to sleep through the night again.
