Noticed something today: it seems that I "forget to breathe" or accidentally hold my breath, and then get a single palpitation, which scares me and then I start breathing again. No more palps.

So I am wondering if either of these is a possibility:

1) the fact that my breathing stopped triggered the palp directly (not enough 02 for that brief time)

or

2) my bp is often low- when you hold your breath don't your heart rate and bp drop and if it goes low enough it possibly causes the palpitation?

Now, after it happened my head feels "dull" for awhile. Weird.

Anyone else get stuff like this? I was taking andrographis (Buckner's protocol) for a few days, but forgot to bring my herbs with me today.

HEY johnny

I sometimes awake myself and have to cough to get my heart going again after I have stopped breathing. And sometimes I run myself out of air when I talk. I just forget to breath. Please forgive any mistakes , the nero lyme has been bad latly.
