Western blots can be skewed by being on antibiotics when you test. You should be clear of antibiotics for a few weeks before testing.
Assuming you have symptoms compatible with lyme (and I reckon you do, since no one would take antibiotics for three years just for fun!), I think an LLMD would consider these bands meaningful...
IGM 30+ **39 IND **41 IND
IGG **39 IND **41 +
While it's true the 41 band can be present in many people and isn't specific for lyme, it can also be from lyme, so I wouldn't discount it.
The 39 band is highly specific for borrelia burgdorferi.
The "IND" means they saw something -- not enough to say positive, but definitely NOT negative. Sometimes the very sickest people produce this response on western blot. Definitely do NOT take this to mean you're not infected.
