Don't know the dosage, but Country Life's Coenzyme B Complex (http://www.vitacost.com/CountryLifeCoenzymeBComplex) is the only one that Mom can tolerate.

NOW makes one...a B-50.

The beneficial bacteria MAKE most of our B vitamins for us.

B6 is destroyed by stomach acids.

This is why Valletta's U.S. patent, "Magnesium for autoimmune" includes sub (lingual...under the tongue)...B6.

The B vitamins are water soluable. Most leave the system in a 2 hour time frame.

A little is stored in the liver.
