This is the kind an herbalist told me to take. It also has DiMagnesium Malate in it. I was reading about the Malate in the other thread (Melanie, Marnie, etc.).
Malate seems ok but I didn't know about Glycinate and Lysinate.
Isn't this confusing??
(This product is called OptiMag, made by Xymogen, and usually requires a health care provider to get it to you. It's very clean, with no allergens in the capsule).
I'd love any info on it that anyone knows. Thank you!

I get diarrhea from most magnesium supplements. Someone suggested (on another board) magnesium glycinate chelated. I have absolutely no problem with this and now can even take increased doses up to 600 mg. I buy mine from Prohealth solutions.
