Anyone experience a die off herx from doing Sporanx nasal rinses? I'm doing the rinses with the bulb syringe and I feel like I came off of a weekend of hard partying. That nasty hangover, headache, foggy and dazed sensation hit me like a ton of bricks.

I didn't get this with oral Diflucan but MD said it's a different drug targeting different strains.

i haven't done diflucan or the sporonox,nor any azole antifungals like the ones above, but have been reading technical lit. on teh azoles and borreliosis.

if sporanox is an azole,you might be onto something here, w/rt borreliosis, since diflucan is an azole antifungal that Schardt seems to have found effective.

of course, the herx could be from teh dead and dying fungi, and NOT dead and dying borrelia.
Or, the herx could be from the proportionate die-off all susceptible pathogens.(duh)
