I have been on trelac for yeast along with nystatin and it has seemed to make my lower legs ache really bad. I go off the nystatin and they will feel better. Is this due to a die off or something else. ANyone else have this or any other ideas. Also the threlac seems to cause my tongue to have thrush. My tongue was never very white before I started this any ideas.

I'm on both as well. No achey legs.

I'm thinking you may have systemic yeast that is dying off.

I have not had these issues with the nystatin. Have you tried a course of Diflucan yet? You may have systemic yeast.

Are you on the yeast free diet? Low carbs, no sugar, no bread, etc?

Excellent oral care is a must too. A tongue scraper helps to get excess yeast off the tongue. Of course you probably know about the importance of probiotics as well.

Mycelex troches to suck on work well with the thrush. Suck on them up to 5 times a day.

Sounds like you have yeast "die off". My twin sister has systemic yeast and she had the same symptoms when she first started her treatment. The Threelac should help your tounge, though, not cause the whiteness. Do you put it right on your tounge? That's what I do and then drink some water and then eat something. My tounge is nice and pink.
