I'm interested in hearing from anyone who left Dr. Z's practice, what s/he did next, and why.

NOTE: I am NOT trying to put together a list of ex-clients/patients. I fully understand that no physician is "right" for every person and that no physician "cures" every ill person who enters the office (and that this may be the fault of the doctor and/or the fault of the patient, or no one's "fault").
