I play in a field-show marching band. If I rest after, can I do short bursts of high physical output safely? I'm early detected - quick exhaustion only continuing symptom. Thanks for help!

Everybody is diferent when it comes to exertion.

I suggest talking to your doctor about this. We don't really know what your limits are or your health condition.
