I have seen recommendations for Krystal salt and their web site says sea salt is not as good. I have no idea, but am interested in starting to use something other than table salt... opinions on salt options???? Thanks so much!

I like realsalt thats mentioned at the bottom of the article.
Robi I think that they say to beware of "sea salts" because some are contaminated with pollutants from the sea. And over processing can be a problem with some too.
I read some where where if you increase your salt levels you have to replace a mineral.
Does anyone know what this is? I think it may be zinc but can't rememeber.
