According to the new alternative doctor I'm seeing, B vitamins do squat if you don't have the proper amino acids.

What symptoms do you have?

I order from Emerson Ecologics. I take all kinds of stuff. Lots of probiotics. Stuff for the liver- vit C, inositol powder, and phosphatidyl choline powder.

Stuff for the GI- hydrochloric acid tablets, digestive enzymes, and L-Glut.

Also methylcobalamin sublingual B12, wobenzym, magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate, CoQ10, amino acids, chlorella, and modifilan.

I like the pure encapsulations brand and the designs for health brand.

I get mine from my LLMD/Holistic MD since she has done the research on them making sure they do NOT have in them:

ALLERGIC TO: wheat/rye,....gluten

casein--cow's milk, egg whites, cheese, garlic,

and I'm a diabetic....NO INSULIN.

Noticed someone was on B12 injections; please read my post in medical about a compounding pharmacy just expanding their business and making competitive.

The 1 of 2 things I inquired about was at least 10 dollars cheaper than what I paid, and he would be calling my LLMD and other pharmacy to find out more about it. fyi only...Bettyg [hi]

Another nutrient, which Virgil takes, is a combination of the 8 essential biological sugars (not like table sugars) required by every cell in our bodies to communicate with each other. It is how our immune systems can identify friend or foe. Kind of like a blind person reading Braille. if a bump is missing a blind person would read a message incorrectly. So, too, if one of the 8 necessary sugars is missing, the immune system can't function properly. It can't distinguish between friendly and dangerous cells. Healthy cells make healthy tissue which make healthy organs and ultimately healthy bodies. For a site that is strictly informational you can go to www.livingsugars.com. It is important to utilize every available means to build up our immune systems to fight off this debilitating condition. Educate yourself and then educate your doctors. A healthy immune system is our greatest defense.

Hi. I get my supps. at www.vitacost.com. Their NSI brand is good and reasonable, and they deliver really fast. I live in the same state where they are, so that may be why.

I use their combo COQ10 with ALA and L-carnitine. It is only $5 more than plain COQ10.

I take a lot of things, and some are just preventative, but what noticeably helps the most is Mg citrate, digestive enzymes, low dose DHEA, and D-Ribose.
