Does anyone else have problems with their diaphragm being restricted? Mine feels like it is stuck to my ribcage on one side. It gets so bad it sends my stomach into violent spasms and my sternum area is sooo sore. I think it has something to do with the muscle spasms in my mid back and the joints locking up.

This is not the first time this has happened but it is so incredibly painful. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced and if anything helps.

thanks,

Diana

yes, I called it the "iron girdle". It went away with bicillin shots and zith. I have had no trouble with this symptom for months now (fingers crossed).
