Hello,

I finally was well enough to go pick up my CT results that were done in the ER in Nov 05.

That nite i had severe lower left pelvic pain and right back pain, frequent urination. I could barely walk and it felt like a baseball was in my groin area on the left side. It was bad pain.

swallowed 32oz of barium, plus injection for the CTscan.

that was the nite the nurses button didnt work and i had to bang the phone against the wall so i could pee.

Anyway, i found out today there was a small cyst and fluid found on the left side. Im not a dr, but to me it could have been causing the pain.

I was told NOTHING was found and to go see a GI dr. I asked him 3 times nothing was found? he said no, nothing.

The report says no appedicitis, so it looks like he was looking for that and didnt find it.

I was made to think i was nutz and imagining the pain when i wasnt and if anything should have been referred to a gyn dr.

I assume the cyst is gone since i had an MRI done...but who knows really.

this is also why i am still very very sick...dr will not think outside the box, once there mind is set and you dont have B disease then you arent sick in their world.

EXACTLY... regardless if it was causing your pain or not, it is still something the ducks should have told you to follow up, and keep an eye on, maybe a follow up in 3-6 months.

Ridiculous... so sad they missed, or failed to inform you of something written in plain english on the report.

hugs [hi]

Similar to the xrays I had taken via the ER. They were looking for blood clots, but didn't find them in my legs. Never bothered to say they found severe osteoarthritis in my right knee.
