I want to sign this but they ask for so much personal info.

Is there anyway to fudge some of the personal info & still sign it as truth on the LD?

You can sign in as anonomous.

I can't remember exactly what personal info they ask for.

But I think much of the personal info is optional.

I believe they track it by email address which is not made public or available to anyone. It's there way of eliminating duplicates.

If you are unsure if you already signed it ... it most likely is best if you didn't sign it again because it will delete both entries automatically.

Sort of a bummer for those of us with Lyme. LOL

Like who can remember what we did yesterday.
