I ordered Dr. Natura's colonix program. I expect to get it in a couple days, and will start it immediately. For those of you that have tried this program...did you have a problem with stomach blaoting/feeling gassy BEFORE the program and did the program help this at all?

I pop Gas X alot and am trying to stop, but I just feel sooooo bloated after eating. Not always, but a good deal of the time.

Its funny because I've lost so much weight since all this started and changing my diet, etc...but my belly pouch is still there! It refuses to budge. I'm wondering if this colonix program is just the ticket to get rid of the pouch/bloating/gassy feeling.

[confused]

Look up yeast, dybosis ( spelling) and leaky gut syndrome.

I didn't have a huge problem with this, but I've discovered I get gassy and bloated when I eat some foods I'm sensitive too.

I had an ELISA/ACT test done to test food sensitivity. I accidentally ate red leaf lettuce this weekend, one of the foods I'm sensitive to, and I had gas, was bloated and had cramps.

I had the test because of nausea. Most of my nausea is gone after cutting out the senstitive foods.

Could be yeast....definitely! If that's not it, you'd better look into celiac disease.

I went through 4 or 5 colon cleanses, colonics, and still was miserable from bloating. [also following the yeast-free diet]...Then...

I found out I was gluten intolerant. I stopped all gluten and in a few DAYS the bloating was 90% better...one week...Gone.

You have to closely analyze your diet...even a tiny microscopic morsel can cause symptoms.

yeah, I haven't eaten any gluten in a loooong time. No cow products, no soy, no corn.

The only bad thing I eat is some brown rice each day which I know is a no no for yeast but I haven't had a problem with it yet.

I hope the colonix program helps.

no, I do want to give it a try.

I think the high doses of nexium and prilosec I've been on may be the cause of this...shutting down my stomach acid for so long can't be good, but my belly hurts when I don't take it.

Its a real pickle.

Starting in 2004 after I had just stopped long term abx,(Late stage neuro- LYME) IV w/ combos of multiple Iv abx. daily & oral Abx additionally , Shortly after stopping lyme treatments after just a couple months,I began bloating severely and gaining even more weight as well.I truely look like I did when I was pregnant - across my tummy & hips area

I was not eating more so I could not fure it out, the bloating I have mentioned to the GYN, my local MD , and my kidnay dr., and Ciroparacter.. none of which came up with a cause that would explain the severity of this sympyom ,

my weight can fluctuate at about 10 lbs depending on the dloating, stomach is distended to the point of very uncomfortable, hard , clothes don't fit ..I have symptoms of IBS but have never been diagnosed with it & have not sen a Gastroenterologist but was just recently refered to one for a colonoscopy.

I do think it could be a major yeast issue as I did have severe yeast issues while in x. thereapy but while on abx. took difflucan at least 3 out of every 6 days ,I also think a little about a tumor of some sort or possibly endermetriosis though I have no proof of either as yet- jut possible,

Lastly I have considered that there may be food intolences, especiallly since the symotoms occur most often just after food intake.I have just had more severe issues to deal with lately snd have not pursued the cause of this reaction as yet but..

Once i know the exact cause I will be happy to pass it onh to you, best wishes and I hop ethis symtom is able to dx. & tx. for sucesselly for you .

Take care & hope that your tx. does target the true problem, please share whatever you can find out regarding your bloating illnsss.
