Hi Kathy,
What type of machine do you have?

I don't believe there is a single set of best frequencies for everyone. There are collections of frequencies such as the CALF that are thought to be effective based on a collection of patients experiences.

Many factors have to be taken into consideration when considering what are effective frequencies
(much of this is from Bryan Rosners book)
-the strain of bacteria
-possible mutations
-individual differences
-changes in lifestage of bacteria

I have used two approaches in finding effective frequenices. Muscle (kinesology) testing. This is certainly them most effective for me.

Second, using lists from other sources such as CALF or frequencies that have been preprogrammed.

If you find certain frequencies are most effective in the CALF or your machine, use them oftem. In addition, I try using as many different frequencies, varying them often, to hit various strains and mutations.

Lastly, have you joined the lyme and rife forum on yahoo? There is a table of effective frequencies as well as ample discussion of this topic.

Hi Kathy,

I'm not familar with that machine. Is it a contact device or radiant (plasma) rife machine?
What frequency range does it operate it in?

I wish I could help you more. I haven't used the Elecroherbalism list (or perhaps it is the same as the CALF?). The frequencies that worked for me individually may not work for you, better to see what worked for a group of people and then test and see what works for you.

To start with
-contact the manufactuer and ask for their guidance for the particular list
-look at the CALF list (find it in google)
-do join the yahoo group as you may find someone with the same/similar device
-keep your first session short (less than five minutes) and wait at least a few days if not a week or so before doing your next session. The first herx can be difficult. Do plenty of detox

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Join Lyme/Rife Group on Yahoo, they have

lists of lyme frequencies and the best ones, including coinfection frequencies.

There is a chart there of the best frequencies they have found for this disease.

Here are some lyme frequencies I collected, I rifed before but only with the noriftrife but it stopped working, it was not strong enough some had said, I did not buy a new one, I went back on antibiotics, the noriftrife has helped somewhat.

I am back on antibiotics.

Here are some frequencies I have collected, these are used for tertiary lyme disease.
306, 432, 484, 610, 625, 690, 864, 2016, 790

Here some others > 864, 495, 485, 490, 495, 500, 505, 625, 610, 615, 620, 625, 630, 690, 790, 785, 790, 795

When I started to rife, I was told to start slow, I rifed 10seconds, while ON antibiotics,
and worked up. My breathing is affected,
and I get asthma from herxing many times,

the rife herx sometimes lasted 10 days. Each day was easier. I near died from a herx a few times.
Once you rife, you cannot cut back like you

can with antibiotics.

I would strongly suggest joining lyme/rife group.

They can also tell you about your machine and you can then learn the safest way to rife.
It is bes to be safe, when using rife, just like you are when using antibiotics.

As well, dont forget to rife co-infections.

Trish

432 & 610 seems like a hit for most lyme people.

Please take it easy in the begiining and go slow!

I made a big mistake and over did the length of time in the beginning and it was not good.

This is not medical advise just my personal opinion.

It is easy to overdo, but it does kill bugs.

And it doesn't give you Candidiasis.

Be sure to ask a lot of questions along the way.

Hi Kathy,

I agree with the folks above...start off with 306 and 432. These seem to be universally accepted good Lyme frequencies. Then I would going down the list of the other Lyme frequencies, and see if any of the other work for you. With a pad device, I can usually tell which frequencies are working...after about 1-2 minutes on a frequency, I get a slight "pressure" feeling in my head that lasts for about 15 sec. This happens for me for 306 and 432 htz, and other frequencies that appear to work.

Hope this helps,
Ernie
