Yes, my lymph node pain is in the neck on both sides. I suspect the pain in my lower left side is also lymph node related. Pain goes from slight to extreme depending on other symptoms.
Nodes are always slightly swollen but sometimes swell to size of large marble. Since I have been pulsing antibiotics the last several months, the pulse seems to calm them down.
Taking an antibiotic break for a few months so we'll see how my lymph nodes respond. MA

I have this going on now also. Mainly the lymph nodes in my neck and under left arm. Also have been having swelling in my throat glands.
Its not painful just uncomfortable at times especially when I turn my head. They have been coming and going like this for about a year and a half now since I started treatment.
Doc just stopped abx's but left me on Tindamax for two more weeks. I have been on Rifampin for eight weeks and that seems to really have set things off big time. Like abacomah said above going to see if being off the meds helps things return to normal.

Yes, I get lymph node soreness in neck, right side only usually. It has gotten much worse since starting treatment.
FWIW - my fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome doctor told me a few years ago that it was from sicca (dryness). Apparently that can cause soreness in the lymph nodes but I personally think it is the infection. Terry
