I ordered Dr Natura's colonix program and am going to do it as they recommend-at the same time as their toxin out program (aids in getting rid of lots of toxins including metals).

I haven't heard one bad thing about the colonix program on here, which is making me excited to try it...but has anyoen done the toxin out program as well? In correlation with the colonix program?

I'm going to start them this weekend.

I think everything is paying off.

*knock on wood* I haven't had one day of debilitating fatigue in weeks, and my brain is almost completely back to normal...now its just physical symptoms.

When you order both, it gives instructions on how to use both programs at once.

hmmm

I guess like anything else some people won't do well on the program.

The senna is in the tea I think, not sure...there are a couple of components that the instructions say to take a break from every once in a while, more than likely so dependency is not created.

I'm doing ok on it so far, its day 6...and I have a ridiculously finicky stomach.
