Okay, I got all these pills to take, (I'm new here.) And i'm not sure when to take them..

I got my Chinese herbs (R5081 and art)

I got my probiotics (3 different bottles)

I got my multivitimins (omega3,multivitamin, selenium, B-Complex, NAC and Ester-C)

I got my prescription meds (Cholestyramine - 4 packets a day, and the antifungal, 2x's a day.)

Any help would be appreciated, as to when is the best time to take all these.

Also, any one know about herbs? I'm taking the Dr. Zahngs protocol, to kill the bacteria, but I started Dr. Natura 2 months ago for a colon cleanse. I'm wondering if the colon cleanse herbs (4 in the morning, before i eat)are going to conflict with the herbs from Dr. Z? possible a cold and hot herb conflict?

Any and all help is appreciated.

Best of health to us all.

Jon, I'd call your LLMD or whoever prescribed all these things to you.

My LLMD had me complete a supplemental med chart when she RX 22 supplements.

Is your LLMD close by and can you schedule an appt. for this? This should have been done at the appt. when they were RX or recommended.

Bettyg [Big Grin] I'm NOT A md.
