If you are looking for hard copies and can't find the whole article online you can bring the references to your local library's reference desk and ask them to get you a copy of the articles.
My library usually is able to provide me with requested articles within the week. At my library there is no charge for this service.

Among the patient populations, there are at least three wizards of lyme research, georgia w., sarah, and one of our north carolinians, who occasionally posts here. Georgia doesn't post here and Sarah seems to taking some time off. If you can't get them anywhere else, might try these folks. Try this message on other forums
Lymescience, you around? You are into this pretty far, got these two?
