I can't seem to totaly get this gone out of my system.

The only thing I'm taking now is 2 Allicin aday
for herbs

I had yeast back about 6 months ago and got it under control with Fluconazole. At the time I was on ab.

My LLMD put me back on the Fluconazole a month ago when I told him I thought that I hadn't really cleared it up.

Did the Fluconazole for three weeks with six packs of threeLac, then skiped 4 days on the Flucon, with in 7 days the oral yeast is back
back worst then ever.

I've been back on the Flucon and threeLac for 7
days with just a lttle improvment. My tounge and
throat look horrible. The sore throat is the worst part

You get one thing getting better and two other things come along, MAAANNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!

How's your diet? Free of sugar and simple carbs?

I would suggest buying THERAlac, not Threelac. Just my opinion. I've gotten great results since switching to Theralac from PB8.

I've also heard good things about Dr Mercola's new probiotic.

ImLymed,
Lymetoo hit it right on the head. You sound like me. Diflucan and Nystatin since December but no matter how long I took it I still had to completely change my diet.

I eat chicken, vegetables and protein drinks...period....really boring but cheap and I don't have to think about what I'm going to eat

It was diet that conquered yeast for me too.

After duflucan, I probably should have done it on diflucan, my llmd had me do no sugar or carbs for about three weeks, about ten days after no symptoms. i can try one try of carb thing every couple of days and see how I react.

My llmd said that some people tolerate some carbs better than others. Each has to be tried to find what has to be avoided.

I also take my probiotics just before I eat carbs. The good bugs help metabalize the "sugars" quickly before they can hang around to feed yeast. Or so I'm told.

I really feeling good these days.

You might want to ask about Nystatin for your mouth and throat. There are swishes and lozenges that you can use.

Hi.
Just a thought...
I also had a coated tongue I thought was due to yeast overgrowth; it actually got much worse after I did 2 rounds of diflucan and had been off the antibiotics for several months (after on for 2 1/2 years); diet and mycelex troches did nothing.
Anyway, it just made no sense that my tongue coating would be getting worse when the yeast had been clearing up everywhere else...I did some research - a white coated tongue can represent sulfur compunds produced by anaerobic bacteria(not yeast, but like when people have chronic halitosis) My LLMD had me start taking a bunch of supplements containing sulfer or sulfer derivatives around the time this problem started. When I stopped taking them my tongue improved significantly.
So, I read you're taking allicin - which I believe contains a sulfer compound. I wonder if that could be a contributing factor to the coating on your tongue?

Does yeast cause the sweats?

It seems like it's worst with the yeast.

I never had sweats with yeast.

Babesia does cause the sweats.

There are natural supplements that help kill yeast. Maybe you could ask your dr if you could add that to your regimen.

Best wishes
