The C6 Peptide Assay is an ELISA type test for Borrelia. I had a doc that used a local hospital to draw for this all the time. I was always positive.
I have read that it is considered more accurate than the ELISA. Most doctors don't use it as a diagnostic test though. There were some on this list who have been clinically dx'd and tested negative with the C6 peptide assay.
That's all I remember from way back in 2002 when I was having the tests pretty regularly.
