You need to get a letter of recommendation from an ILADS doctor and then contact ILADS with that and request to be able to attend. It can be done.

I will be there. I am pretty certain that they will not allow us to videotape. If anything, they might do so and then will sell DVDs as has been done in the past, at least for the LDA portion. I don't know about the ILADS portion.

The LDA conference is open for the public, for the registration fee.
I've never heard of a conference allowing anybody to videotape. Some videotape and sell copies.
