Does anybody have any experience with Fucoidan?
My LLMD told me he is recommending Fucoidan as a supplemental treatment for his Lyme patients. It is supposed to be helpful for dealing with a number of diseases and also acts as a general immune system booster. This LLMD's wife has Lyme and is taking it and claims a noticeable increase in energy levels and general wellbeing. The active ingredient, Fucoidan, is packaged into a drink called Limu. It was discovered as a constituent in seaweed off of the island of Tonga. Here is the website where information is available:
The product is available only from this site and they market it through a multi-level set up, a concept which I hate, but if this is the only way to get it, and it does what is claimed, then I would be interested in trying it. It's a bit pricey but if it works, it sounds like it would be worth it.
