I am thinking of trying this probiotic that is one strain of Lactobacillus casei (6 million per dose if I remember right). This is what their website says about it:
"A hardy single strain such as KE-99 has been shown to be much more effective than multiple strains because of its superior ability to attach to enteric sites and establish itself while multi-strains compete with each other and are often merely evacuated."
This makes sense to me, then maybe do another probiotic with other beneficial bacteria after a month or so.
