I'm on week three of CSM...looking for some feedback from others who have gone through the treatment...Feel SICK and wondering if this is the storm before the CALM.
Thanks

within 2-3 days, I'm out of it with herx-type symptoms.

I've yet to be on the stuff for longer than that, even at smaller doses.

Hang in there. It sounds like you're gonna make it!

What kind of symptoms? I couldn't tolerate that stuff for very long. My stomach took a nose-dive...specifically my GB, I think.

Welcome, Run4Fun! Cool screen name!

Glad you posted. I just saw my LLMD today, and picked up two big cans of this stuff. I'm to start off slowly and build up.

Also go back on Mepron/Zith/Art.

Got a feeling a giant BLEEECCCCHHHH is coming.

I'll keep watching this thread to see all the "This stuff is just great" posts start materializing!!

C'mon people, don't let us optimists down!

Run4Fun, does your doc think it's normal for you to still feel pretty yucky?

You're new at searching..so I hunted up some posts on CSM, so I could read 'em right along with you. [Eek!]

Hope some relief is around the bend... !

I did feel less brain fog on the CSM. I'm sure it cleared out some toxins for me. But my GB couldn't take it.

WOW...how exciting to get so many responses...I feel so alone in all of this...most people, if I even choose to tell them(rarely) just think I'm nuts...its in my head, etc.
I KNOW my body and I KNOW something is wrong...
First two weeks of CSM...nothing...no problems with anything...then this week...fatigue, emotional, head and face feel hot, no real appetite...just plain feel like "someone else".
Getting so frustrated with the CHORE of functioning...but making sure I still run, bike, swim, etc (difficult...but makes me feel better).
From what I read...around week three I should start feeling better...I'll give a good 6 weeks and then I guess it's back to experimenting.
I did take Ultramax over the summer and felt really great sometimes...it's an organic liquid vit with a patented action of binding to inorganic materials in the body and detoxing them out. Some days on that I felt like I did before the tic trip I've been on for 7 plus years.
Anyway...thanks for all your responses...I appreciate it!

Hey Run....CSM can cause an "intensification" of symptoms...much like a herx.

Tu tu...I knew there would be intensification reactions...but on week three?
Guess I'll ride it out and see what happens...
I read all these other posts and think...man...maybe I dont have it so bad after all.
