within 2-3 days, I'm out of it with herx-type symptoms.
I've yet to be on the stuff for longer than that, even at smaller doses.
Hang in there. It sounds like you're gonna make it!

WOW...how exciting to get so many responses...I feel so alone in all of this...most people, if I even choose to tell them(rarely) just think I'm nuts...its in my head, etc. I KNOW my body and I KNOW something is wrong... First two weeks of CSM...nothing...no problems with anything...then this week...fatigue, emotional, head and face feel hot, no real appetite...just plain feel like "someone else". Getting so frustrated with the CHORE of functioning...but making sure I still run, bike, swim, etc (difficult...but makes me feel better). From what I read...around week three I should start feeling better...I'll give a good 6 weeks and then I guess it's back to experimenting. I did take Ultramax over the summer and felt really great sometimes...it's an organic liquid vit with a patented action of binding to inorganic materials in the body and detoxing them out. Some days on that I felt like I did before the tic trip I've been on for 7 plus years. Anyway...thanks for all your responses...I appreciate it!
