I finally got the unit, but the instructions are so inadaquate, confusing and vague. In some cases it rambles on and on, but manages to give very little precise information. It uses medical terms like; ganglia, etc.
In other cases it says almost nothing. Like last night I ran program #3 not knowing it was a 4 hour treatment. I was up until 1:30 waiting for it to stop. I didn't want to just turn it off and interupt the cycle so I waited for it to run.
The instructions I received are mostly for the KMT 23. I don't know if it also applies to the KMT 24 or not, they don't say.
I thought that for $1400.00 the unit would come in a nice case to protect it and with complete instructions that are clear and in a booklet or something. Instead I received the unit in a cheap thin cardboard box and several xerox copies of very inadequate information.
So far, I am NOT impressed at all with the packaging. It feels and looks like a cheap $10.00 toy. I sure hope this thing works. I would encourage Biotools to improve the packaging and the instructions.
Maybe, just maybe if all of us started complaining OPENLY they would make changes. Maybe Dr. Klinghardt would see that his product is not being represented properly and he might step in. It is his reputation on the line, isn't it?
I know I sound like a complainer, but I am not usually. I am just so shocked by the lack of quality they give you for the price. Someone is making a killing on this $10.00 machine. At least that's how it appears to me.
Sorry if I've offended anyone, but I had to say it out loud. Hopefully someone with Biotools will see my complaints about Nancy and now the KMT units and do something about it. -------------------------------------------------

Have you called them to complain? I doubt they hang out around here.

Dolores,
You accidentally got 3 threads on SAME subject.
Please look for the other 2 on lower part of this screen or PAGE NO. 2 if it's not on current one.
Click on each, then edit using PENCIL and mark the box at top to DELETE POST, and then EDIT SEND button.
Do this on both extra posts, and then both will be gone from this very active board! Thanks Dolores; it happens to us all at times. Bettyg

I found the instructions very vague as well and my kmt23 package was missing the information on how long each program runs too.
Nancy is very helpful, if you call, but I agree, for the price of the unit, one would excpect clear and concise instructions. I doubt, however, the unit cost $10 to produce!
