Can you swallow tea tree oil extract. It's in a AC Formula my LLMD wants me to take for parasites.

I've heard of gargling with it and putting it on skin but not ingesting it.

I was told that you could. In minute amounts. I would study it before doing it.

yes, you can take it internally in small amounts. I used to put a couple of drops in honey and take it when i had a cold or felt sicky.

I doubt it would be in the formula if it was contraindicated orally.

Good luck

In the formula it says tea tree oil extract(whole plant)266mg (standardized to contain 15% essential oil)39.9 mg.

Everything else I read says don't take it internally. I am scared and think I will return it and try something else.

Alot of people use black walnut hull for parasites but I am allergic to walnuts. Not sure if I will react to black walnut hull.

Already taking garlic, alinia, and pumpkin seeds. Garlic is strong and is acting like an antibiotic.

Small amount is likely OK, such as up to 5 drops per day.

I have been drinking tea tree oil,(pure extract) for several weeks now to help clear candida,I put 1 drop in a inch of water and do this twice a day.I also herd you can poor many drops onto a tampon and wear it over night.
Well I have done both and I'm still alive... but it taste like you are drinking pine soll and it does seem to help down there. Terri

I put one drop on my tongue & brush my tongue with it

and rinse repeatly & don't swallow any of it. It works great for thrush. Personally I would not swallow it.

make sure to talk over everything first with your LLMD
