Personally I think the product is somewhat overpriced ($99.95 for 30 day or less supply)-- can't remember exact cost, but ultra-sustain and ultra-meal which hubby has used both in the past are very similar type products and I know they were cheaper.

Another major problem for Lymies is since this is a whey based product it will still have casein in it -- lots of people can't tolerate that milk based protein. If you have G.I. problems especially the high glutamate content could also cause major problems.

The list of ingredients does include many that hubby takes but he takes much higher quantities of most of the things and the only things specifically that he could eliminate would be the pycnogenol and R-alpha lipoic acid -- that wouldn't come anywhere near to paying for the supplement even without the other problems I mentioned.

In this case I think most people would come out ahead financially by buying a very good quality multivitamin and taking 3 or 4 additional antioxidants and/or immune boosters plus a separate protein supplement if needed.

I am just not that convinced that this product would actually even be an immune booster.

This is just my opinion and not medical advice.

Hey Welcome

Thanks for psoting this supp. me too always on the lookout for new supps. [Smile]

I think bea is on to it in that you can take higher doses of the important supps in this one seperately and save some money.

Otherwise it is really choced full of some good ingrediants.

No need to worry 'bout that stuff....it's got a 30 year latency which means when I don't reach 70 I won't have the alzheimers to not know that the CWD I could have had came from the steak I just had last night.
