I found I could get the andrographis and the resveratrol at the local GNC. Is this what others are doing? Does it have to be from an herbalist or something? Could it really be this easy? I've ordered the book Healing Lyme but haven't read it yet. A friend in another state is on this protocol and doing quite well! So is her daughter. She said to take LESS an amount - 2 andro..and 1 resveratrop and 1 cat's claw a day, along with detox teas. Am going to try it. I'm in BAD shape! Anyone else?

I think you really need to get the book - Healing Lyme. There is a lot of information you need in there, also the best place to purchase the herbs and what Buhner recommends. I have never heard of anyone buying them at GNC. Are they tinctures? If you had the book you could compare ingredients and such and make sure they are similar.

Definitely read the book. He specifically says to get Resveratrol from Source Naturals if you are using capsules and not bulk. It is available all over the net.
Its a bit confusing at first but well worth the trouble. PM me if you have any questions.

MOST definitely read the book. It does you no good IF you do NOT read it, correct?
Start out slow like Stephen recommends, maybe even slower IF you have trouble, especially like I did with my stomach. Then ramp up like he says in his book, OR slower IF you can't take his pace.
It will take months, and months of taking the herbs, but IF you are faithful and do it RIGHT every day, you should get much better. I have.
It is like a miracle at times. You will probably have some setbacks, but keep it up, it DOES work.
