Hi Folks --

I'm a veteran of low-carbing, and recently I've seen a few posts about this... like what to eat, etc.

Below is a link to a great site for low-carb recipes... and they are really, really good!

It's Kellyann, from the prohealth fm and lyme board,haha! How are you? I am still doing about the same- pretty rough. But good news! My doctor is sending me a prescription for the bicillin injections,YAY! I pray they do for me as good as they have for you. I sure miss seeing you on the Lyme board over there.

Glad this will be of help to you folks--- there are recipes on that site for just about everything!

Just to make it clear, the recipe site isn't mine -- it is run by a wonderful woman who is a member of an online low-carb group I sometimes visit-- she has posted the recipes out of the goodness of her heart.
