Hi all,

That is my question- Does anyone feel they are herxing with Mangosteen juice? With or without abx?

How much are you taking?

Thanks,

Char

Does anybody else include this in their daily regimen now?

Or has anybody tried this for an extended amount of time and would like to share their experience?

Yes, I take it daily. It's great for inflammation and I think it works for detox as well. Also really good for blood sugar control. My brother had amazing changes in his A1C numbers with mangosteen. A1C measures average blood sugars over a 3 month period. His were so much better that the nurse asked exactly what he had done so she could do the same thing for her daughter.

I don't think I herxed on it but then it's hard to know when one herxes as much as I do. My sister had to stop taking it because she got blisters on her hands from it. We think it was a detox reaction.

Can you take it with abx? Are there any reactions?

I did. At least it felt like a herx.

A headache to one like flagyl gave me.

I had to back down to one ounce a day.

Make sure you take it with fatty foods.

After about 3 days it lessened.

Hugs,

Geneal

I had a reaction to mangosteen capsules.

I got kidney pain, like I did when I used large amounts of Resveratrol.

The juice, several good brands (but not Xango) did not do anything that I could notice.
