Good Morning, Our doctor would like us to switch to a good liquid vitamin for malabsorbtion problems.
He did not recommend one in particular and just said to inquire around, health food store and here.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,RG

I never found a good liquid myself.
But if you are allowed to get a powdered supplement that you mix with water or juice, then a really good one is Dr. Teitelbaum's Fatigued to Fantastic Energy Revitalization System. The only drawback is that the B-Vitamins come along with it in capsule form. B Vitamins taste terrible, so it is difficult to put them in most mixes, from what I understand. Anyway, the B's in capsule form may not work for you. I can tell you that they are a very good B Complex, and I've tried a lot of them over the years.
Don't buy it from the above link though - the best prices are from Vitacost or Swanson Vitamins.

RadioGirl, I also have difficulties with absorption of food and minerals. I take minerals (Morning Star or Active Ionic) and selenium (from ARG) in liquid form.
The others vitamins I get individually in capsule form, and open up the capsules, either take them directly or in water.

Life Line Foods Daily Complete. Although I have not tried this I was looking into taking a liquid vitamin supplement and this looks very good as well. (heard it mentioned on Sat Chat)
The company makes many different liquid formulas.
