I used Burbur, it's an herbal supplement by NutraMedix. It's supposed to help detox and reduce herxes.
I also take an oral Glutathione. Many people do IV Glutathione. It's supposed to help with detoxing neuro-toxins. I use a liquid version called LipoFlow.
I also do yoga which detoxes by increasing circulation and certain poses activate the digestive organs.

Some of the gentler ways -
Rebounding (aka - mini trampoline) http://www.healthbounce.com/33ways.htm Easy to use - great way to help drain your lymph system. I still use mine several days a week
Detox Foot Patches - www.podipatch.com I used these every day for an entire year. They made a HUGE difference in my quality life. Although I am no longer in treatment, I still use them one week a month as maintenance.
Milk Thistle - aids in the detox of the liver, one of your most important detox organs

I am doing the IV glutathione and it is really helpful.
Garlic is also a good detoxifier as is chlorella.
Rebounding gets the lymph glands moving and they are the garbage men of our bodies.
Drinking lots of water flushes many toxins out.
In the past, before lyme, I would periodically use an herbal detoxifier by Nature's Sunshine. I would get skin rashes from the toxins escaping through my pores. I haven't used it with this go round of lyme because I am taking so much other stuff, but it is in the back of my mind should I need it.

And I agree the foot pads have been fantastic! I was very sceptical when I first ordered them!
You should have your metals checked though these simple things will help everyone.
Detox has been what has helped me the most!

YES, you can and should take milk thistle while on abx!!
About 2 months after I started abx, my liver enzymes skyrocketed dangerously... to the point where I would have to stop abx... a combo of milk thistle and alpha-lipoic acid daily brought the levels back down and have kept them there.
