I have been slowly learning about the difficulties and frustrations with getting adequate treatment for Lyme. The more I hear and learn, the more I see multiple members of households struggling with this sickness. In my case, 3 out of 5 of us are currentlt being treated. Where we live, once one person in a household is diagnosed, it seems to spread almost like the common cold.
This really leads me to wonder: 1 - Is it really Lyme? (and I believe it is) 2 - How is Lyme spread? Simply by tick bites? I do not buy it. I find it hard to believe that (in our case) 3 people were bitten by three different ticks at three different times, yet all exhibit symptoms at the same time.
I am very interested to hear others' opinions.
Thanks in advance!
