Hi all-

I was wondering if anyone else has or is currently using "imagery" as a technique for healing?

I'm not talking about JUST using imagery, I mean, using imagery techniques in conjunction with abx etc.

I have recently started this practice and I was hoping that if anyone else has we could dicuss techniques.

I've tried several different images, but none have seemed to stick and I'm looking for new ideas.

Some that I've used include:

- fairies zapping the spirochetes with a magic wand

- warriors slicing the spirochetes to bits with a sword

- a vaccuum cleaner sucking all the spirochetes out of my system

... and some others.

What have you all used?

And what have been your experiences with using imagery in your healing process?

I'd love to get a little discussion going!!

Anyone not familiar with imagery can check it out online.

Just type "imagery in healing" or something along those lines into your web browser, and many articles will pop up.

Or you can check out this one which does a good job at explaining in pretty simple terms, along with examples.

Please let me know what you think one way or the other, good or bad.

Thanks!

Hi! Very interesting topic. I've used some imagery.

I have a nuclear stress test on Thursday and I picture all of my arteries clean and free of plaque (or anything else).

I have use an image of a doxy bomb blowing away all of the lyme bacteria.

I just started with this as I was too "foggy" and was concentrating on finding out what was wrong with me.

I believe in many types of healing. Do you have any suggestions as to how long you project the image and how often?

Thanks,
Geneal

Geneal-

I usually project the images while I'm taking my IV meds, about 15 minutes.

Then I do it again at night as I'm trying to fall asleep.

So to answer your question, I do it twice a day for at 15-30 minutes.

Goodluck to you... and lookup more info online, there are some wonderful resources!!
