Hi!

I have read that some people like to detox the body by just eating the best foods, green tea's, lemon w/water, lots of fiber, etc.

Have you tried this, or what have you done?

Thanks,

rob,

try googling Eat To Live. He's a medical doc who specializes in nutrition. Might be of some interest. He has had some amazing results thru diet alone...for diabetes, cardiac issues, auto immune disorders, strengthening immune system, detoxing, etc...not Lyme specifically. as I posted elsewhere, he doesn't agree with Longterm use of antibiotics for Lyme...thinks its Toxic...

Yes, it is important to only put "clean" unprocessed food in our bodies. For somone healthy that is probably enough. For someone with a chronic problm it is important, in my opinion, to assist the body in detox.

You have read about the many methods .... clonic, lymph massage, enmas, gall bladder and liver flushes, exercise, skin brusing, epsom salt baths, etc.

I use colonics and lymph amssage in addition to healthy eating. Like everything else ..... tune in to YOUR body and find waht works for you.

One thing I think is less than reputable is the ionic foot detox. Did this twice and was a waste of money for me.
