Contact the lymediseaseassociation.org or perhaps even ILADS to steer you in the right direction. Dr. Fallon at Columbia has done numerous studies on lyme effects on children.
Make sure your LLMD is aware of this, he/she may be able to clear it with a simple phone call. I know it's difficult, don't panic, remain calm.
