Sandy, go to www.bodyecology.com. Donna Gates is a great lady; her books are good. You can order your first package of Kefir starter there and follow instructions how to do it. There is a lot of valuable info on her site also if you are just starting out.
Also look into the Cultured Vegetables, on Body Ecology. Also check out www.getintobalance.com to learn how superb that stuff is. It has helped many to heal. l/2 cup with every meal - .
