Has anyone else on this list left Dr. Z's practice and had difficulty obtaining medical records? (And a general question, shouldn't each appointment's comments and a list of what meds and supplements were prescribed and/or un-prescribed be part of a record available from any physician? Or are we hoping for too much?)

Can't speak for Dr. Z. My LLMD keeps copious notes. Good luck!

Have you got your medical records? I see Dr. L in the same office and am trying to get mine for insurance purposes. Still working on it. Will keep posted.
