Okay- everbody ignore DOCDAVE's post so my kids get ALLLLLL the TOYS ! JK
How about adults who act childish?????
How about pets with lyme? "Minnie" would like a big fat fake hamburger to chew on. Actually she would probably enjoy a big fat real hamburger more.
Don't forget we have two guinea pigs,too-but they haven't been tested for lyme.
Happy to say we have an invitation to someone else's home this Thanksgiving-so not only do I NOT have to cook, I don't have to clean up, and I get to go home with a plate full of leftovers.
I picked up food this past weekend from SHARE and it had a bag of apples in it-but they were all a bit bruised so I am actually going to try to turn them into an apple pie. Carolyn wants me to try an Apple Crumb Pie-she found the recipe in a book. For her I will give it my best shot.
Blessings to you all this Holiday season. Love, Carol
ps-come on Parents-if I can do it you can too-at first it is a bit humbling to ask for help-but then despair turns to relief and joy and good feelings.

"Wow, good going docdave" Hey what are you giving him credit for-I'm the one who came out of the closet so to speak.
Maybe those nine kids signed up because they were playing Follow the Leader!
And in case you joined us after the fact-I am a founding member of NA-Narcacisstics Anonymous-just ask Cavey.(or anyone else on this board-they'll tell you it's all about me.)
BZZZZZT-there goes the Buzzer-time for me to shut up and let somebody else talk about themselves.

My Turn.
I have important news to tell everybody-My disability was approved today.
And you know what my case worker asked me-Are you under the care of a psychiatrist?
I told her I had no need for a shrink because I have Lymenet !
