Attention:
As you know a number of people have been working very hard to help all of us fight the IDSA guidelines infringement on patients rights. These people have recently been able to make some very important progress that will benefit the entire community.
It is very important that we let those who have gotten us to this point continue to lead the way and follow through with the actions being taken.
Since we do not know all of the in's and out's of the situation and what steps these folks are taking to move us forward, going off on our own at this point could have a negative impact on the progress they are making.
If that were to happen our efforts to date could be stifled and we would be back at square one.
I would like to ask that everyone resist branching out in a variety of directions (i.e. contacting officials unless specifically asked to in a Call to Action, etc) and wait until help is needed at the patient level.
By waiting for instructions from those working on these projects, our efforts can then be directed where they will do the most good and not cause anything to interfere with the progress they are making.
Thank you for working together to give us all a chance to be successful in our endevors... and happy holidays to all.
Thanks so much for getting this message out there. I agree with you wholeheartedly!

Thanks Denise.. glad you support this request.
I had to laugh ..
Many moons ago I had to write the following line 100 times.
"I will not buy anything from someone who comes to the door selling things."
I THINK I am the one having to post this message because it just MIGHT be possible they think I am one of the folks who MIGHT .. in an effort to be helpful.. do something to rock the boat.
This way they KNOW I know better! HA!
Happy Thanksgiving!
PS- Might someone keep this to the top for all to see? I'll be away for several days.. with family.
This will be my first Thanksgiving without you all.. and I will miss you!

Have a wonderful and Happy thanksgiving TC! You'll be missed and I am forever thankful for you.
And HA! The worst I had to ever do was write 250 times "I will not chew gum in class."
oh, and there was the time of the "Thursday night not so bright" award when laserred made me recite "I will not do stupid things" for a long time. I still have to do that one from time to time.

WOW Tinny,
How could you even DREAM any of us would go off half cocked and screw things up for the folks that are helping us...
I know you never meant me in that worrisome scenario...
God knows how sedate I am about stuff!
Gonna have to set free all those ticks I caught. !
dang it! Ya spoiled all my fun!!! LOL

Well - I KNOW nobody was talking about me cuz I'm barely doing what I should be doing when I'm asked.
I'm too tired, busy, or just plain *dizzy* to think about doing anything without being told.
Besides - everyone knows Dr. Wiseass is ALWAYS on her best behavior!
Hugs & & Happy Wishes!

DocDave, thanks! We were both trying to help but just need to curb our enthusiasm for a little while longer until we get the OFFICAL GO words of what to do next!
