Can anyone help to explain this? Did I have lyme and got rid of it while still getting worse?
Have I completely wasted my time and gobs of money for tons of antibiotics, anti protozoans and anti virals?
Where do I go from here? I believe that I am close to giving up.
My LLMD is Dr H in CA and I will attempt to get some answers from him, but he is hard to get ahold of.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have you tried Rife Machines? I think they run from like $400 to $5000, and you can get them off the internet.
I already know I won't be cured in 90 days. My liver cried out after only 6 infusions. We had to stop for 3 weeks, but now that we restarted, I seem to be getting worse this time around instead of better. He did add Diflucan to the Rocephin, but only time will tell. I know I'm already tired of infusions.
I've heard a lot of good things about Rife Machines from both people here and at my Lyme support group. I don't have mine yet, so I can't tell you how it works yet. I can tell you it 'vibrates' pathogens (such as the spirochete) at a frequency(ies) that causes it's death. No other cells are destroyed in the process, so unlike with abx, you aren't killing off the good-guy bacteria and ending up with an overgrowth of candida, for instance.
You should be seeing improvement (I would think) by now, unless your strain is resistant to abx or there is some coinfection complicating things. Though Rife takes much longer, the nice thing about it is that your bacterial load will keep going down, kind of like in layers. There are frequencies for pretty much anything you can think of from strep to staph to any of the coinfections, to even breast cancer.
Here's a link that tells a little more about Rife. You can click on 'What is Rife Therapy?'
I've also found the following supplements somewhat helpful - these I know are helping me with something. Just don't take them all at once or you'll go toxic. Start with one the first week, then add another to the mix the second week, and so on:

I know your doc can be a hard man to get a hold of. Do you have access to a fax machine? I find if I fax the question to him, I'll often get a faxed response. Your doc should be able to explain the tests to you. I'm thinking you may have co-infections. Best of luck to you.

Don't panic earthsong,
in my almost nine years of treating this disease I have had positive and negative test results...
some times I feel lousey and get negative results and sometimes I feel great and have positive results.
GO FIGURE!
The tests are such that any number of things could have affected your results...
I would either discuss switching abx with your llmd. I would not suggest discontinuing treatments...cuz you're still symptomatic.
You just did'nt catch the little buggers while they were moving thru your bloodstream this time!
hang in there.....zman
