I've had lyme for 3 years now. still being treated. for the past week or so, I have noticed a pain in my upper left arm and with it, a slight weakness.
has anyone had this - or should I worry about something more severe (MS, ALS, other?)

I thought I had weakness too but it turns out I have perceived weakness. Mine is more like lack of endurance. I can pick things up but I can hold on for long without muscle fatigue and numbness setting in.
Pain is not an ALS symptom. Lyme mimics the diseases you mention and many of us here have muscle weakness, fatigue, numbness, tingling, etc.

This too shall pass-to some other part of your body. At least that has been my experience. Just when I think a particular pain or symptom has set in for good-it migrates to somewhere else.
